After a tiring 4 nights and 5 days in Siem Reap, Cambodia, I finally came back and rested for 3 days. However, I still feel very tired and my body is still in little pain due to the extreme sunburn. Plus, I was so clumsy when I was in Cambodia. Well, I sprained my right leg on the 1st day( So unlucky!!!) To make the matter worse, I sprained my left leg on the last day!!! Anyway, it was kinda like I was being cursed or something. Suffering injuries from head to toe was minor! I actually kept on climbing the steepest temples, walking on the largest ruins, and just having a lot of fun. To my surprise, I took over 1500 pics from this trip(to be exact, 1771 pics.) That's why 6 Gb of memory cards were not sufficient. Before I sort out all the pics, please bare with me for some old news. (^^)
Bread

I can't really life without certain food. One of them is bread. This is by far one of the most economic food there is when we are really in bad financial situation.(Hahaha, and white bread is the popular 1 for this case).More history (here) Anyway, on 5 March 2009(Yup, a long time ago), my uni organised a trip to Gardenia Factory - one of the largest bread company in Malaysia.

We received a warm welcome from Gardenia. Anyway, then, we all headed to the conference room for further explanation on the history, process, and distribution on bread.
Finally, we went to the factory area to witness by our own eyes on how loaves of bread are being processed. (Too bad, cameras were prohibited). But, the wall had the pictures of the equipment being used. Of course, I did not miss the chance to snap them down!

To me, the most impressive equipment in the factory was the cooling tower!!!! It was so cool! The breads were being rotated to the top of the tower to cool down before being further processed.

The highlight of the day was indeed the goodies begs from Gardenia. They were so generous!!! You can the models were not really acting! It was true!(^^)

Yup, I had been sponsored by Gardenia for 1 week!!!! Hahaha
