The Story of Si Kancil

The title of the post reminded me of History (Sejarah). I still remember the story of the prince Parameswara witnessed the brave Si Kancil fought cunningly with its foe. Anyhow, this post is totally unrelated! When I was so young, barely 10-year-old that time, I was amazed with a Kancil (Perodua) bought by my parents.

Photobucket

Yup for than 10 years, it served 2 generation of people, perhaps 3 now. Kancil was my family car! Hahaaha, like the advertisement~ Anyhow, then, it was used by my sister (only a little), then my bro, then me~ It was the car I used to practice for my driving lesson! Ah, what nice memory! Will there ever be memory that nostalgic anymore?

Photobucket

Sadly, there is no more production of Kancil. Nonetheless, it was one of most affordable cars back then. I still think that Perodua is way better than Proton. As a national produced vehicle, Proton has yet to outwit, outbreak, outwin the monopoly circle. It had fallen back behind~ The reason it sustains because of its support, not its superiority in design and quality. Still, Proton people has yet to learn how to improve with the global development......How to compare to Ferrari,Toyota,.......

PhotobucketPhotobucket

Back to my story, my parents decided to sell off Si Kancil. It was totally devastating. However, Myvi came into the picture now (Not the sports car above...hahahahah). Hopefully, some people who need this car will be beneficial from it (^^). It was surely the time to say goodbye~

The Chocolate from The West

Photobucket

If only I am forever skinny, I would dig in as much chocolate as I can. The image above was the chocolate that my parents flew back from Europe during their trip there. Haiz, when will I have the chance really going out to the overseas, enjoying the place, people and culture in other places? Anyhow, I have gained enormous weights these few years. But, I just can't resist good chocolate (^^)

Photobucket

This one was even better (^^). There are different fillings in the chocolate; my favourite was the red velvet (^^) Quite an interesting combination!!!~~ Since I am so determined to lose some serious weights now, perhaps, I shall cut down the consumption on chocolate then (><)

Wish me Luck (^^)

My First Bite on Little Apple

Omg!!!! Yeahhhhh~~~ Oh Yessssss!!!! Despite a horrible ending, I managed to submit the final assignment in my life!!!!! Next is graduation before I really truthfully look for a job! Totally need to rest for a while since in my final sem, I practically used up all my "YOUTH". Anyhow, it is another fresh start for me (^^).

So, I am sure that you are curious what type of APPLE did I bit on? Hahahaha, more and more of my friends are using APPLE product. Yet, I still can't afford any product until now! Not that I use my money get it, I WON an IPOD APPLE~~~~~

Photobucket

From the package, I totally felt the creativeness of APPLE, no wonder they are still not bankrupt; instead, they are growing strong! I have to say that the earpieces are amazing! The music played from IPOD is impeccably clear. That's why it worth RM199~~ So expensive!!!!

Photobucket

I totally in love with my Little Blue Apple; despite I need to install itunes to handle the music transferring! Other than that, it won my heart over any other MP4s etc...... (^^)

Marco Pizza @ Opposite Kelana Jaya LRT!!!!~ (Pizza Battle 1)

After several boring posts about negative of KTM, it is time to move on! What is the best thing to do on Sunday?! Relax and chill, and definitely update my foodie bloggie! To date, some of my more popular posts are on food in Ipoh. Yup, I am from the heaven of good food. Anyway, today, not gonna talk about Ipoh food yet! Instead, I am gonna introduce you all a pizza shop called "Marco Pizza". The location is relatively easy to find which is just opposite the Kelana Jaya LRT.

Photobucket

Yup, as you can see from the pic, the atmosphere there was quite nice and comfy! Ok, the main reason why I wanted to try this restaurant was because I won RM60 vouchers for it! Yeah!!!!~ Seemed like my magical lamp (here) works pretty fine to me ~~~~So, I brought my mom and bro who were ngam ngam in town to join this feast. If not, I can't really finish the vouchers all by myself.

Photobucket
The drinks we ordered were quite good actually (To my surprise). The mango puree wasn't too sweet with a lot of mango inside it. The cappuccino was really nice and came in large cup..hehehehehe~~~

Photobucket
I have to say this - their spaghetti were really nice tooooo~~ I thought it will be like not that tasty. The portion was also quite large too.

Well, I am sure that you all can't wait to have a look at the pizzas we ordered right! Since they were the main highlight for this foodie post, we ordered 2 pizzas (Marco Pizza mah).
Photobucket

Photobucket
They were quite tasty! Actually, i would say that the flavouring for the pizzas were quite unique unlike what we tasted in Pizza hut. Therefore, my mom, bro, and I were really satisfied with the food.

Ikea Foodie Crossing Our Minds 宜家@Mutiara Damansara

My family and I have been an Ikea fan for a long time before Ikea moved from Damansara to Mutiara Damansara! Before moving to Kuala Lumpur for my studies, we made a few trips to Kuala Lumpur occasionally as a getaway and Ikea would always be on our list. Now, staying in Kuala Lumpur, whenever my parents visit me, we still would go to Ikea.Yes, there is something magical about this place!

Of course, our main purpose to Ikea usually would be shopping! Seeing beautiful interior decoration really makes our day brighter apart from inspiring us to D.I.Y our homes as well. Some things are cheap; some are affordable; and some are super expensive. Therefore, Ikea is really a place that caters the needs of all walks of life! But, today, we are not going to look into decoration because Ikea foodie also offers amazing dishes that must not be missed! Of all the times we visited Ikea, it finally came across my mind that I have yet to blog about it! So, let's have a look at the restaurant!

ikeafood
As you can see, Ikea is really a shopping heaven. At the same time, it is also a food heaven for some of us. Pardon me, these photos were taken during Chinese New Year (Yes, I totally forgot about Ikea foodie even their food is delicious!) Maybe it is already a fact that is known by everybody perhaps?! That's why I always forget to introduce it because it is already so famous! Hahaha~~~

ikea1
Here are those normal dishes we love to order! The salmons were quite fresh and the sauce made it taste better too! Oh ya! Those huge sausages really could fill up our tummies! Of course, we must never forget the dessert - Cheese cake! It was well-baked! Even though the prices were above average, I must say that it is still worth it! If you are not a big eater, both of you even can share a set!

ikea2
What I also like about Ikea Foodie is that they sometimes have offers! For example, during CNY, a promotion dish was introduced - Whole Roasted Chicken with Fries & Mineral Water. Overall, it is worth to try Ikea Foodie.

Ikea foodie is also halal, I guess because seeing so many Malays friends are having lunch there~I also think that they are having a Buka Puasa Buffet @ Ikea Mutiara Damansara. So, for more info, check Ikea official website.

Elaine! This is Your Birthday @ BBQ Chicken@MetroPoint, Kajang

Elaine, I think you are the lucky 1~~~haha, because this is the 2nd time I blog about your birthday! Do you still remember 1 year ago? (Here) Firstly, I am so sorry about the delay, haiz, you must understand that I am quite busy(crapping) Anyway, this post is for you!

So, let's start the story of your celebration(^^)

Photobucket
I am sure that you knew that we are going to celebration your birthday with you! Here was it where we selected the nicest bday cake for you(^^)~~ We chose carefully 1~~~just for you^^

Ok, even though, I think we chosen the not-so-suitable-restaurant for you; but, still it was still ok~~
  • Service sucked coz took very long to serve our dishes. fyi, there was only 1 table that time!
  • Not-customer-considerate coz when we asked for plates for the cake; they said that they don't have(><) What kind of lame excuse!
  • Food (4/10) because the deep fried chickens were nothing special at all!
But,  we were having a great time celebrating your birthday! Hahahahaha~~~~So, next time, this restaurant is listed in our blacklist!

Photobucket

Now, even though the food looked great, the taste was just average! What I really dislike was the service! It was terrible! They should learn the importance of customers' satisfaction! When we washed our hand after eating the oily chickens, we realised the soap was in fact diluted 100 times with water!(@@)!!!!  Hmmm, no wonder during the peak lunch hour, there was only total of 2 tables!!!~~~~

Okay, off with the ranting. Now, it is time to wish Elaine to be healthy always, beautiful always, and always that happpyyyyyyyyyyyyy~~~~Happy birthday again^^~~~~

Little Seven Wonders七喜@Kajang

Little current life update:
Yes, for the next 13 weeks (kena tipu for 1 week) I will be doing my internship in Ipoh, my beautiful hometown! But, my dad has to fetch me every day!~~Haiz, no car or I just can't afford a car~ Anyway, for the 1st week, time passes so slow, I just keep on reading! For the past 2 years, I did not read that much in my life! Apart from reading, I really have nothing to do~~ Newbie mah!~~At least, today, I was on-site! It was kinda cool! I was away from the coooool office~ Hope that I will learn more! My supervisor and the senior engineer are quite good to me geh~~~ Hopefully, it will be getting more fun day by day!(^^)~~~

Foodie Blog Post: Little Seven Wonders七喜@Kajang
Guys, don't be surprise! This is the 1st time I am going to be that harsh to a restaurant! What surprised me even more was this restaurant was awarded by 8TV-HO CHIAK for being ho chiak~~~ Omg!!! that was a bit off! Why? Let's have a look at the picture below and I will explain to you all slowly!

Photobucket

First of all, the shop plate also hadn't been changed! It read "Restoran Danishveen" instead of Little Seven Wonders. Not that I wanted to complain, I asked everybody of their dishes! We all together said that this restaurant was not up to "ho chiak" or tasty standard!

Firstly, for the taste, it was okay only! Like my dish, the top second dish - the honey chicken was too sour! The top 3rd dish - the mee was too oily!. The others were so so only!~~~Therefore, nothing much to talk about, except the food sucks?!~~~Go and try maybe they change already?! Who knows~~~

Jackie Chan Fights Virus Along With Kaspersky!!!

Gosh, I just started my classes for a week. However, I felt like I am in the end of semester! Yes, workloads of chemical engineering are not easy to handle! Key point - Time Management!!! But, I am still a pro-procrastinator!!!! I am trying my best to have a good start! Indeed, this week is definitely very tiring! Plus, this year, KTM really wastes more of my time. Going to my uni, it is punctual. However, going back to home is really a painful experience! For the past 5 days, no matter what time I went back home, there would always be a delay! For e.g:

Mon: 3.00pm - delay
Tue:.1.30pm - delay
Wed:5.30pm - delay
Thu: 4.30pm - delay
Fri(Just now): 1.30 pm - another delay!
From the survey above, KTM would delay at least 1 train in an hour from 1.30pm to 6.30pm! Oh well, what to do! They monopolized the main locations, yet, they did nothing to improve their standards and services. Hopefully, the current PM would take a ride in KTM!!!!

Okay, if you notice, today, my post topic is Jackie Chan fighting virus! A couple of months ago, my sis bought a 3PC users anti-virus: Kaspersky during the PC Fair. Well, the price is still okay! Around RM33 per user!~~~
Photobucket
Yes, Jackie Chan is fighting virus along with Kaspersky...even though it is quite weird...ahaha. Currently, using Kaspersky, well, let me analysis the pros and cons for this software~~~

Analysis(^^)
  • Price is affordable
  • The interface is simple to use.
  • slow down the computer during scanning.
{The Above Issue should be taken into considerable when purchasing anti-virus softwares}

Photobucket
Anyway, we even got ourselves a set of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 1st day cover!!! Again, this is also quite weird. Well, I have to say, they are really innovative!!! Jackie Chan and stamp are not directly related to anti-virus. Yet, they do make a huge impression!!!!

Hahaha, now super tired!!! Really need to sleep~~~~@@ Oooo, time management is just so hard! It is time to cut down some facebook mini games!!!!!

4 Days in KL, 2 Days of Outings, 1 Day of Saying Goodbye.

Instead of a farewell, it turned out to be a little road trip. Well, last week, I went back to KL to gather with my other uni friends who is going to UK soon. So, on the 1st day, we gathered at Midvalley. Oh well, the usual hangout ground for youngsters and oldsters. To my surprise, not many people were queuing for the movie tickets. Yes, it was an golden opportunity for us to get the tickets. Yes, instead of Laughing Gor at 3pm, we took The Proposal Instead. [Note: this would be a long posts because it consists of 4 days of stories and gossips.]

The movie was funny!!! Totally hilarious!!! Sandra Bullock was the true devil who wear Gucci?! Ryan Reynold who is married to Scarlett Johansson was totally charming in the movie as well. Anyway, we got the tickets at RM7. Actually, quite cheap loh!!!

In the movie, Sandra Bullock was facing a deportation since she was a Canadian [ Well, in actual fact, Ryan was a genuine Canadian]. In order to save her career, she forced her assistant, Mr Ryan to be her boyfriend. Then, things happened too fast, I guessed. When they went back to Ryan's hometown, they started to know each other and the rest you would know!(^^)

In their rushing wedding, Sandra wore a classical golden vintage style gown[here]...Yup, to my surprise, it suited her perfectly and almost took my breath away. Oh well, not many people can pull this out. Oh, Sandra, I still remember some of her movies- Practical Magic, Speed, ... It had been quite a while since she acted. Yet, her comedy came to live effortlessly. She is definitely a comedian queen. However, it was obvious time has an effect on every one. But, she is still the best and she is still that bold. As for Ryan, I remember him from 2 guys, A girl and a pizza place~~~ Yup, he knows how to keep fit!!! They made a weird couple!!! Hahaha!!!![Note: I was surprise that they cut some scenes lah, even kissing scene lasted longer also cut@@ ]

farewell midvalley, kepong, and lowyat!
After the movie, it was time to feed ourselves.[Foodie blog begins] We wondered quite a while before we decided to have our lunch at Fong Lye Taiwanese Restaurant[蓬莱茶房] Omg, it was so difficult to find the Chinese name - It was written in old Chinese] Anyway, here they are - Sook Hwa, Lih Chi and Pooi Shuen(^^)!!!

food and wine
Above were about orders. Yup, the star dish was the pumpkin balls. They were quite nice(^^)!!! Not too sweet, but with a lot of texture!!! That's why it was the star dish!!! The fried chickens were also quite nice!!!

food and wine
We also ordered a pot of Jasmine with Oolong tea. It was Rm 12 a pot woh!!!! and we added an additional cup with cost us another RM3. Expensive but not bad lah!!! We drink, drank, and drunk with tea@@ and gossiping until almost the day ended.

farewell midvalley, kepong, and lowyat!
These were our remaining order. Overall, the food there was quite nice! However, this meal cost us about RM22 PER PERSON. It is still worth a try~~~
Decoration: 9.5/10 [Of course lah, in Garden woh, everything was so classy!]
Food Appearance: 9/10
Taste: 8.5/10
Price: 2/10 [Too expensive leh!]

When I went back to my house that day, KTM delayed twice in an hour around 5.30 pm!!! It was the peak hour woh!!! I almost died in the train!!! No kidding!!! It took me about 1 hour and 45 mins to reach home!!!!

=======================================================

Then, on Monday, I decided to stay back in KL instead of going to Ipoh. The same gang with few more friends went to sing K in Lowyat basement. Yup, I really did not know about the K shop there. Oops, forget to take photos over there, because for the 1st time, I was very concentrated in singing woh!!! LOL!!! Of course, we could not sing forever. After paying about, RM 12 PER PERSON, our K session was finished.

Around 6pm, we went to Kepong to have dinner woh! It took us about 1 and a half hours to reach there. I really pitied Pooi Shuen for driving for so long. Anyway, we decided to have dinner here!
farewell midvalley, kepong, and lowyat!
Yup, at Pinang Lanta Seafood Restaurant[老檳城海洋飯店], we decided to order steamboat. I was totally hungry at that time! We all just eat, ate, eaten ~~~ It was kinda of nice because it was not a heavy meal! Plus, the price was still okay, around RM 12 per person!(^^) Of course, the foodie post does not end here. We continued again to have our supper at......
Decoration: 7/10 [old shop mah]
Food Appearance: 8/10
Taste: 8/10
Price: 5/10 [Still okay]

==========================================================

farewell midvalley, kepong, and lowyat!
Our supper was at 甜品哥哥 Hong Kong. Oh, did not know the English name of the shop!...Hahaha, just highlight it and google it(^^)~~~~[Ah Shir insisted that we must try it woh]hahaha, and I supported her too~~~~Plus, it was on the show hosted by Chui Ling woh!!! Of course, must try loh!

food and wine
These were what we ordered. All of them were weird at 1st; but, after trying them, they were quite special and nice. [Note: they are mango rolls and pancakes!]. Since we had our dinner just now, we shared shared among ourselves. So, it cost about RM5 per person~~~~
Decoration: 9/10 [to attract youngsters]
Food Appearance: 8.5/10
Taste: 8/10
Price: 6/10

=============================================================

farewell midvalley, kepong, and lowyat!
Lastly, when we were all broke and tired, it was time to head to Lih Chi House. I have to say her house was really nice!!! This was one of the shots there. Yup, never thought that this failure shot turned out to be that nice(^^). Finally, all the best and have a great life in UK to Lih Chi , Sook Hwa, Ah Shir, Pooi Shuen !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Second Nuffnang Cheque Here(^^)

The titled said it all^^! I requested my payment around 28 June and it arrived about 4 August. I would consider this process to be quite efficient! Better than my 1st cheque [here]. Well, I have to say that it is all about timing. Yup, from my previous post[if you actually read it], my beautiful cat was suffering of crystals formation inside her bladder which subsequently cause her to urinate blood. After undergoing a surgery, she is now recuperating under my delicate care(^^). and I must say that the bill is not cheap at all!@@ But, it worth every single ringgit [not cent], because she is like my family member[10 years liao]

money and business

Since I am still holidaying, I have all the time to "star" off all my details. Hahaha, what to do?! To free liao ohhh!!! But, in less than a month time, the hectic lifestyle which will fix my biological clock - is going to return again! Yes, I am all "electrified" and "energized" to study !!!

Bring it on!!! I am not afraid of tests and assignments [So, I said it out loud for now only@@]haha

Last but not least, thanks Nuffnang and Advertisers ^^ Please keep on giving me more campaigns^^~~~~~

Tenji Japanese Buffet !!!! おいしです!!!![Oishi]

After not feeling well for a few days, I think it is time to update!!! Haiz, currently, my biological clock totally hay-wires. Anyway, this time again, I am gonna share an old story with you all! Yes, with me having holidays right now, i can really tantalize my taste buds^^ Right after my Cambodia trip, I went to Tenji along with my sis and 2 housemates for Peichek's early birthday celebration.

food and wine
Around 10 am, we drove to Solaris Mont Kiara. Anyway, despite several "road obstacles", we managed to make it there quite fast! I have to say that the area there is really high-class!!! With luxurious condominiums, extravagant restaurants,... in that area, I am pretty sure that it is not easy to maintain my life there unless I am rich rich rich...haha, anyway, we parked our car under the basement...Well, the parking fee was rather cheap, about RM 2.00 for the 1st 3 hours .....In order to save, we decided to go there during weekdays and had lunch there under the promotion period for Parents Day. It was around RM 48.00 per head [inclusive of tax] - normal price was RM 77 ++ [exclusive of tax] for lunch while the dinner there costs around RM 88 ++ [exclusive of tax]

Here comes The Menu of The Day
food and wine

food and wine
Actually, Japanese Buffet usually offers a wide range of food from Western Cuisine to Chinese Tradition dishes apart from the normal Japanese food like sushi. Not kidding, you can really taste a huge range of food till you drop! Plus, you can even order certain dishes ^^.

food and wine
Of course, after having all the dishes there, it was time for us to taste some desserts. Greedy me took all the cakes there. This did not end good for us...haha, lesson: don't be greedy><. Then, Tenji also serves Haagen-Dazs Ice-cream; yet, there were only 8 flavours. However, the chocolate foundation really did create some buzzs for us^^ After 3 hours of lunch, we were really fullllllllllllllllll!!!!!! I would describe this lunch as:

Delicious !!!! おいしです !!!!
[haha, currently, learning basic Japanese]

By comparing with Jogoya[link for my previous post],
  • Jogoya has more alcohols while Tenji has more tea [flower tea to green tea]
  • Jogoya has more flavours of ice-cream while Tenji has only 8 flavours.
  • Jogoya's internal service not that good because last time, my friend called to book a table, there was no place left according to the staffs there. After 1 min, when I called, the staff said that as many people also can@@
  • Both also have the same buffet price.
However, I have to say that Tenji's oyster was lot more bigger! It took me 4 bites to finish it^^

Panasonic Mania - Lumix FS6

Before going to the maniac post, a little life update#
  1. Yesterday, I went to Maybank to buy ASM along with my parents from 9.30am until 2.00pm! Today, no wonder the headline and the cover page story for Perak Sin Chew is "People Lining Up to buy ASM in the Early Morning"
  2. After successfully purchased ASM, I went back to home and straight away fell ill!!! Yes, I was having fever yesterday and my stomach was in a bad shape.
  3. Today, finally update my blog. Even though the fever was down, my stomach is still uncomfortable.
Anyway, life goes on~~~><
If you have read my previous (starwalk, cambodia trip 1, 2, 3, 4), the pictures were taken by my new camera!!! Hehehe, finally, I got myself a new camera!(^^). The camera was panasonic-branded series - Lumix FS6. Plus, I even got 2 cameras, blue one for me and pink one for my mom as Mother's Day Gifts.
camera
Firstly, please don't say that I am rich because I had compared prices among cameras like crazy!!! Actually, I really want to get Nikon-branded camera. However, my cousin sis who was working in the camera shop told me that Nikon compact camera has some technical problems. Therefore, she gave me a guideline in buying cameras or other visual equipments......

  • For compact cameras, the best brand to buy is Canon - because when you develop the picture and print them out, Canon would give you the finest print. But, compared to other cameras, its price would be higher
  • However, if you prefer to view the pictures through computers and televisions, then, Panasonic-branded camera would be a good choice because its view would be better in computer compared to print-outs. Plus, its price is lower than Canon-branded cameras with the same scope.
  • Apart from that, she also told that if I want to buy a DSLR, the best brand to buy is Nikon(^^).
  • Sony cameras have the finest LCD screens; but totally not user-friendly! Last time, during my Cambodia trip, my friend brought along his touch-screen Sony-branded camera. Every time, when he took my photos, I had to wait like 20+++ seconds for him to adjust the mode, brightness....For Sony branded gadgets, get its Handycam!
After listening to her advice, my mind changed like 2 times....Nikon>>>Canon>>>Panasonic. The main reason why I decided to choose Lumix because it is easy to use, cheap, and the colour is quite nice! Apart from that, as a worshiper of cheap-ness, beautiful-ness, and greatness (便, 靓,正), I decided to get an affordable Lumix FS6 with the scopes as below^^
  • 8 megapixel (According to my cousin sis, actually 8 megapixel is enough because higher megapixel would mean longer loading time)
  • 4x optical zoom (To be truthful, FS6 is quite weak in its zoom!)
  • Intelligence Auto (One of my favourite feature because for it is easy to use and automatically detect the surrounding and choose the suitable mode like portrait, close-up...)

camera
Then, here are the gifts for purchasing the Lumix FS6!!!! The lanyard is really handy because when you travel, you can hang your camera around your neck. You don't have to take out and keep the camera frequently.Of course, not only that, I upgraded my 2GB memory card to 4GB. It is important to note that Panasonic camera can use any brands memory cards; however, when you upgrade to 4GB or higher, you have to use back Panasonic branded memory card><

Just like A Trip To New Zealand!^^

Well, the title is really exaggerating! This so-called trip happened about a month ago even before my Cambodia Trip.

About a month ago, I just finished the ever-scary final examination. With all the time in hand, I was as free as birds. Then, every gathering came at once. One of the gatherings was at the usual Midvalley (Yes, I am almost pro in Midvalley coz almost can memorize the map there^^). Anyway, after 2 movies (Terminator Salvation and Star Trek) in a row, me, hiewmun, kenneth, wei wen and clarence needed to rest. Then, we wondered around Midvalley and The Garden.

Without a proper planning of going to where, we ended up in New Zealand.......Natural Ice-Cream! Hahaha, it was just like a trip to New Zealand^^. The shop was actually in between the runway of Midvalley and Gardens.

food and wine
We were quite surprised that New Zealand Natural was in Midvalley. Haha, this was really meant to be! Yes, we stepped inside the shop....again, it was just like a trip to New Zealand!^^ Hahaha! With all the beautiful-to-sight flavours of ice-creams, we wanted to have it all! But, you, me and everybody knew that that was not going to happen! Haha!!!! To sum it up, WANR(We are not rich!). Please take a good look at the prices carefully!~~~

At the end, we chose the very chocolaty flavour and oreo flavour!
food and wine

To be honest, the ice-creams were fantastic! It was really a taste of New Zealand Naturally. But, too bad that we could only choose 2 flavours! Aiyo, we paid so much - But, still can't get more than 2 flavours ! This was the only setback><

The story did not just end here. With all the ice-creams in our bellies, we were a little bit high! ~~~ quite high ! Why? Haha, look at the pics below! You will know why! Anyway, which 1 is me?
fun and friends
Well, when it was my turn to mimic one of the artists, suddenly, the place was crowded =.= Haiz, it was quite embarrassing to do that (even wei wen dumped us there). But, then, this struck my head! I am still 20...How many 20 do I still have left? Will I be that daring to do that again after 10 years......This picture represent our youths^^

Man's Best Invention - Bread (^^)

After a tiring 4 nights and 5 days in Siem Reap, Cambodia, I finally came back and rested for 3 days. However, I still feel very tired and my body is still in little pain due to the extreme sunburn. Plus, I was so clumsy when I was in Cambodia. Well, I sprained my right leg on the 1st day( So unlucky!!!) To make the matter worse, I sprained my left leg on the last day!!! Anyway, it was kinda like I was being cursed or something. Suffering injuries from head to toe was minor! I actually kept on climbing the steepest temples, walking on the largest ruins, and just having a lot of fun. To my surprise, I took over 1500 pics from this trip(to be exact, 1771 pics.) That's why 6 Gb of memory cards were not sufficient. Before I sort out all the pics, please bare with me for some old news. (^^)

Bread
I can't really life without certain food. One of them is bread. This is by far one of the most economic food there is when we are really in bad financial situation.(Hahaha, and white bread is the popular 1 for this case).More history (here) Anyway, on 5 March 2009(Yup, a long time ago), my uni organised a trip to Gardenia Factory - one of the largest bread company in Malaysia.
visit
We received a warm welcome from Gardenia. Anyway, then, we all headed to the conference room for further explanation on the history, process, and distribution on bread.

Finally, we went to the factory area to witness by our own eyes on how loaves of bread are being processed. (Too bad, cameras were prohibited). But, the wall had the pictures of the equipment being used. Of course, I did not miss the chance to snap them down!
visit

visit
To me, the most impressive equipment in the factory was the cooling tower!!!! It was so cool! The breads were being rotated to the top of the tower to cool down before being further processed.

visit
The highlight of the day was indeed the goodies begs from Gardenia. They were so generous!!! You can the models were not really acting! It was true!(^^)

visit
Yup, I had been sponsored by Gardenia for 1 week!!!! Hahaha
