The Non-Eternity of Cyberworld - Good Bye Wretch.cc (无名小站, 永别)

Wretch.cc was one of the most promising blogger platforms 5 years ago. I was introduced to this site through my senior. I still remembered the naive and persistence of mine to continue blogging in this platform until recent years, it was truly completely abandoned.

It gave me great memory to know a lot of talented people. I definitely had my ups (selected No.1 Random Blogger) as  and downs (the unshare-able dilemma)  there. Looking back my younger days, I definitely have a lot laughters (^^).

Like any other websites, it seems like nothing is long-lasting. Do you still remember ICQ? MSN? Windows Live Space? Friendster? Just wondering, when will Facebook or Blogger or Twitter being abandoned/ forgotten?

Anyway, Happy Malaysia Day!!!! Hahahahahaah^^

Denso Youth for Earth Action 2011 Memory Edition 1

Up to date, 2011 was my favourite year of all time as it was the year of freedom and chasing dream. Hahaha, perhaps, it was the year when I was still a dreamer youngster (^^). Anyway, it was summer 2011 when we received an email from our lecturer about the Denso Youth for Earth Action (DYEA). It is a programme  that truly embeds environmental awareness into the youths of today! You can find more information and even participate if you are interested at (here)!  However, I think this year is already closed. So, for those who are interested, you can prepare for next year (^^) For the winners, you can even join a foreign programme too, in JAPAN  !!!!! Despite I wasn't a winner that year, I really gained a lot of precious experience and enthusiasm in environmental conservation!

In day one, it was all about ice-breaking with the other 19 participants. They were all unique and special individual who were truly "green-minded". The 1st session was at the Denso Company, Bangi to introduce and educate us on environment preservation and conservation. After that, we moved into the Equatorial Hotel, Bangi!!!!! Yes, it was quite a nice hotel (^^).!!!!

In day 2, we were arranged to visit Denso plants itself. The operation and management was simply impressive with the detail of work involved. Below shows the microphone devices used while touring the plant (^^). Of course, the adventure didn't stop there. In the later part of the day, we went on another meeting/ visit to Department of Environmental (DOE), Putrajaya!

Two years ago, I was still not that familiar with Putrajaya. But, that time visit, it was an eye-opener tour because the architecture was simply astonishingly-designed. The meeting with DOE's director and personnel was quite fruitful too. The debate and discussion on environmental issues were quite a lesson to everybody involved!
I am so proud to be a part of DYEA 2011

Soya Lee, Icy Princess (2001 - 2012)

More than 1 year, she left us. Soya Lee, the Icy Princess who used to be around us all the time with her soft fur and cunning movement. Yup, she was always cute and always will be in our memories! I still remembered clearly how she ventured in our lives.

My sister and I went to buy something and as we passed by a vet clinic, there she was, looking skinny and happily playing with her siblings. Regardless of my mom's protest, my sis insisted to take her in. Just like that, she became Soya Lee.

While many people said that cats are not as loyal as dogs, I believe it is not entirely true. When I was preparing my SPM, she was there supporting silently (until she became so annoying). When I was down, she would just sleep on floor so cute that I forgot my problem instantly! YES, Her cuteness was simply irresistible.

She had been always classy and babei all the time! Hahaha, but, that's why I love her so much as she was keeping her integrity! Yup, she didn't like people to cuddle her; over-cuddle would irritate her until she bite.

In 2009, she fell ill as she urinated blood. It was such a horrible moment to me. Medication was useless; therefore, she undergone a surgery to clear off the crystals in her bladder. I took care of her day and night that time until she fully recovered.

Times would never stop. In 2012 January, she breathed her last when her injury from a dog's bite became deadly. I wasn't managed to see her last and my parents didn't tell me her condition until she left me for 3 days. She was really waiting for me to see her; guess that I miss the chance to say goodbye as she passed away after 1 day I returned home.

Reading back the childish posts I wrote for her, it was truly a good memory! Thank you Soya Lee for a great 10 years of companionship! Without you, life would be so dull and less interesting. You truly lit up my light.

Recently, my coursemate of 5 years passed away due to cancer. It is still unbelievable as life is so unexpected. I still can't accept the fact like this. For someone you talk to for 5 years, just in a instance, everything changes. How sad to remember the days we spent for tripping and everything. I took his photo during the tripping, after presentation, etc......In this instance, I realised one point - We are all grown up, finally!

Birth! Life ! Sickness! Death! >>> We are in life stage (growing up/ aging). Let's us appreciate our friendship, relationship,family.......because when it is gone, it is forever.

Sushi King Mania! Thanks Boss Gaven!!!!!

Wow, recently, life is just too happening! To me, it might be a bit overwhelming. It had a while since I am in such unclear situation. Anyhow, this is another foodie post! Yup, gradually turning into all food blog!

Sushi King, to me, is quite common in Malaysia. However, when I was in my secondary school days, it was a luxurious to eat over there. Now, perhaps, I have grown up and can afford (hahaha, papa and mama give me more money compared to primary school). Anyway, usually, we would go there and have the rotating sushi. This time around, one of my bestie (mode of the day), got vouchers and belanja me and another pal to eat oooo (^^) Thanks GAVEN !!!!~~

Photobucket
It is always crowded at Sushi King Outlet. However, as time goes by, I started to opt for other Japanese food in Malaysia as they are getting common here.

Photobucket
Anyhow, they still have some quite nice sushi in town! My fav is still Unagi (^^)

Photobucket
Since Gaven was belanja-ing, we really ordered a lot! Here was the set dinner we ordered (^^). There was curry mee, set dinner don, and the all-time-lovely Soft-shell crab rolllll(^^)

Photobucket
The Unagi set rich was simply awesome! But,STILL, the serving couldn't satisfied my need.

PhotobucketPhotobucket
Here was some side dishes! The satay-like dish was quite nice, same goes to the salad!

Photobucket
A HUGEEEE Thanks to this handsome boss (Gaven)
Wish You A Happy Birthday Again (^^)

Murni @ USJ9

Photobucket

Working life is so far so good ~ Due to no more internet connection at my KL home, I really can't update my bloggie as frequent as I used to. So many had happened in just few months, perhaps, I shall tell you the story next year??? Hahaha, because my bloggie currently is a place with old junk memory~  Funny as it is, it is really a nice place for me to find back my naiveness and passions (^^). This time around, I am going to post another foodie post; yes, basically My Little World should be renamed as My Foodie World

This outlet was located at USJ9 area!~ It was roughly a year ago during my summer break. It was the 1st time for me to take a van along with my teammates to send off our masterpieces. It was not easy!!!! ~ After that, me, yellow and KC just enjoyed the celebration of the ending. The restaurant was quite spacious!
Photobucket

Photobucket

The drinks were interesting! Each of them had interesting name. For the 1st one, it was I MISS YOU!!! Yes, so funny. For the milo, it is not just any Milo; it was named MILO BOMB!!!

Photobucket
The above was Napoleon Chicken! Yup, quite an interesting dish! But, it was not that good for people who are having sore throat. Then, it was the Roti Hawaii with nice mayo decor; a bit fattening. Overall, the restaurant was quite okay. I am not a big Mamak fan; so, I don't have strong liking. Nonetheless, it is still worth a try (^^)

Drealand Claypot 同煲同捞 @ Semenyih ~

Photobucket
Semenyih, was a place where I stayed for 5 years actually. It was such a secluded area back then. Until now, it is at its peak of development thanks to University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus. As an alumni, it is good for me to introduce some places for nice food.

PhotobucketPhotobucket
The left one is the pumpkin pork ribs and the right one is the eggplant with meat pieces..Hahahaa, horrible translation. Anyhow, the taste of both dishes were quite okay. Not too flavoured for my taste!

PhotobucketPhotobucket
The toufu with soy sauce was awesome. Not too oily too! The claypot soup was fine to me~ Despite a bit plain for my taste, however, for a less oily day, it is a pick of my day. (^^)

Only after I leave this place, I started to post about Semenyih. But, it is good. Because, while blogging about this places, occasionally it reminded me of the good old days. I didn't go to overseas to study at all; however, just like any other students, my life was filled with colourful moments along with true companions (^^)

Chilling At Chilis @Midvalley

Photobucket

Foodie post is back again! I remembered going to Chilis@KLCC and blogged about it [here] 3 years ago (@@). This time, it was again for a celebration of a friend's birthday (^^). Yup, not easy since always go out to pay for birthday, now, without a job, I think it is so difficult to pull me out already (><)...... Hahaha, anyway, Chilis is famous for its portion and taste.

Photobucket
This will always be the must-order for me because it is the bottomless chips (means you can refill as many times as you want unless they are out of it, experience once in Midvalley)...@@~ Crispy and crunchy will be how you feel when you take one of these chips.

Photobucket

This is another dish which me and my friends would always order as well, because the portion is quite a lot until can feed 3-4 persons. For girls who eat less, you can totally share with your friends. The sauce provided really complements the dishes very well.

Photobucket

Another huge plate for this dish! The chicken meat is quite nice, something similar to Mamee Chicken. Hahaha, the french fries and the jagung really is fulfilling to my appetite (^^)

Photobucket

Of course, this is another must-order dish as well - sizzling plate of various dishes. For those of you who don't know, the roti-canai-like thinggy is re-fillable.!!!! Yeah ^^

Photobucket

For vege-lovers, Chilis also offers some nice dishes like this rice-combo. However, too bad, there isn't any vegetarian dishes here (><)

Photobucket

Here is the handsome guy who was celebrating his birthday with the complimentary dessert^^ Remember to tell the workers that your friend's birthday, they will give you a free dessert !!!~

Choong Huat Steamboat @ Yulek, Cheras

This was taken during my 3rd year that time right after examination. We were so stressed! Yes, final examination tends to torture you a lot. Anyhow, my coursemates are always foodie-proactive, took us to this lovely steamboat restaurant, Choong Huat. You can see a lot of people are eating away by the road side, hahahaa~

As you get older, people start to hate taking photos. Hahaha, yup, my coursemates were so tired and horrible-looking; rejected my photo-taking session. Anyhow, here was the fishballs and the chicken meats, quite fresh (^^). One side pedas - Another side herbal (^^)

We also ordered the famous dishes there, chicken wings, and this lovely asam-curry fish which was quite cheap. Overally, we ate around RM14++ per person, which was quite cheap. Now, I think the price should increase already? It had been a while, can someone update me on this ^^? Good old days when I was still a student (^^)~~~

Mysterious Wantoon Stall @ Seri Kembangan.

Location of the wantoon mee stall: Unknown.. Hahaha, not really, it is located quite near to the Hakka Village Restaurant, just further a bit. Therefore, you have to be observance looking for this Wantoon mee stall in a normal residential area (house in SK Kampung).

Even though I called it a Wantoon stall, it still offers a variety of noodles such as kuetieu, wantoon, etc. To top this mee, there were even some stuffed dishes such as fishballs, yongliu, fupei. This is the famous wantoon mee with roastpork (should char siew). Of course, the wantoon is smooth and nice.

They also prepare dessert in this stall. The red-bean soup was quite okay, not too sweet. What I like about this shop is that the price is quite cheap and really taste like a kampung-orientated delicacies (^^)

You should go try to find this mysterious shop to try try ..hohohoho~~~

The Spiderman of New Era

I still vividly remembered the original movie of spiderman 1 being released 2002. I just started my secondary school and now, I am a graduate from a university. It is like unbelievable how 10 years just gone by. That time, all of us in our class of 42 students were crazy over Spiderman because we had seen it in comics and cartoon; but, never in real human-acting.

It was one of the movies that those days, I would spend my precious pocket money to watch in the cinema. Obviously, after viewing the movie, it inspired me deeply as a human being and as a dreamer. It somehow told me that nothing is impossible. Tobey Maguire (Peter Parker) acted as a timid student with very good results. One day, he was bitten; thus, he obtained superpower which not only enhanced him physically, it made him a stronger person. The development of this Peter Parker was so much stronger than the new Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield). While a lot of friends prefer the new 1, I still have heart for the old 1 because the old 1 just taught us that even you are small on the outside, you can still be strong if you want to. Another point is that Aunt May in the old movie is far better in term of the feeling.  The Amazing Spiderman is of course far more handsome and cuter. But, in the movie, he didn't project the development from weak to strong intensely. Perhaps, the director wanted to focus more on his past which the old movie didn't highlight at all. This is definitely a plus point (^^)

Another twist in the new spiderman is that his love interest is Gwen Stacy, not Mary-Jane (><). Emma Stone (Gwen Stacy) was great in the movie. She embodied the character quite well. Of course, in spiderman 3, there was also Gwen Stacy who wasn't the main character. Funny, they have similar appearances. Hahahah! The Gwen-Stacy-Look (^^). Anyhow, without knowing the sequel development, I still prefer to have Mary-Jane as the neighbour (><). Kristen Dunst did an amazing job as Mary-Jane. Her life is just as difficult as Peter Parker. But, she made it to Broadway! Another inspiring moment in this classic.

While both spiderman movies are in different directions, I still prefer the old 1. How about you?! Have you watch and compare? Peter Parker and Mary-Jane, both are the legend of spiderman; it is hardly possible to break this image. But, I still believe the new spiderman has more to offer. Hope a better sequel soon (^^)!!!

The Legacy of Dark Angel - Luxcy Lee

1 year, 10 months, 9 days, 16 hours, 16 minutes, 39 seconds

This is amount of time I have been missing my lost dog - Luxcy Lee. If you remember quite some time ago, I post a lost and found ads on my bloggie (here). She is a beautiful pincher with silky black fur with a superstrong voice!

In 2006, while I was still having my SPM examination (final paper). My mom said she have a surprise for me. Yes, when she came to fetch me from school just now, a dog suddenly came into our house. She was really quiet. My mom was trying to get her off our house, but to no avail. Then, just like that, she became a part of family.

She reminded of the old dog - another golden pincher we used to have - Goldie who ran away a couple of years ago. Yup, it was such a heart-broken moment. So, in my mind, I always think that Luxcy might be Goldie's daughter. hahahaha ~ silly me! That;s why, we named her Luxcy from Goldielocks...@@ ~

She is always fearless because when it comes to protecting our family, she never step back at all. Once, she dared to challenge a cobra's poison venom. One of her eyes suffered the consequences. Ever since, we love her more each day. Then, she gave birth to a bunch of puppies! We managed to keep one (Muffin), a silly greyish pincher who almost looks like her mother but nothing like her in term of characters.

On an unexpected morning, while my mom rushed out from the house, the almost-blind Luxcy decided to run away. We never know the reason she run away. But, to be honest, PINCHERS HAVE HIGH TENDENCY TO RUN AWAY (Our neighbour's dog which happens to be Luxcy's daughter also ran away recently). Therefore, it is never too cautious about pincher!

I managed to track down her trail. But, according to the Indo maid, she tried to ask her to go into her house, but Luxcy refused. It was just one hour (7 AM) before she was taken away by a motorcyclist couple. To me, the hope of finding her is really small. Hopefully, right now, she is another angel to the new family she is with.

I wish her love and happiness forever. The six years of companionship is really a memory I would treasure for the rest of my life.  Below is the video I made for this beautiful dark angel - Luxcy Lee (2006 - 2010 (to be continued)).
